Breakfast on the farm!!!

Last weekend we went to have breakfast at a dairy farm about 25 minutes from our house. When Martha asked us if we wanted to go along we thought it was going to be 100 people or so. Hah! They were expecting 5000-7000 people. The food was great (including lots of cheese and milk, go figure), it was super organized, and most importantly, Simon and Liam LOVED it.

We recently taught Simon what sound the cow makes and we've been pointing them out in pictures so he was pretty excited to see them in person.

There were a lot of tractors for the kids to climb and sit on. Simon tested out a few and really liked turning the steering wheel.

Words can't really express how much Liam loved the smaller tractors. He would have ridden this one home if his parents would have let him.

Since it's been awhile I thought I would throw in pictures from some other stuff we've been up to.

Here are some pictures from our trip to the zoo with Martha, Regan & Liam. I didn't have any pics so Martha was kind enough to send me these. Check out that peacock!

Adolfo ran the half marathon two weeks ago. He did really well, finishing in 2.25 hours! But look who really needed the water after the race.

I found this really nice Kelty backpack at the thrift store for $12. Score!

We went to Celebrate DePere, which was super lame. The kids still managed to have a good time even when their parents were being tortured by the live band.

Last week we thought Simon was teething, but after four days of fever we finally took him in and he had a low-grade ear infection and tonsillitis. He's feeling so much better now, and is much less cranky.
